A.2) POLICY – this document referred to as PRIVACY POLICY

A.4) USER – any natural person browsing the Administrator's websites or using one or more services or functionalities described in the POLICY

B. DATA PROCESSING
B.1) The Administrator processes users’ personal data in compliance with the principles arising from applicable legal provisions.

C. LEGAL BASES AND PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
C.1) Personal data of users of websites, such as IP addresses and other information collected using cookies and similar technologies, are processed by the Administrator for the purposes of:
C.1.1) Statistical and analytical – to determine Users’ preferences in order to improve the functionalities used and services provided; the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR)
C.1.2) Providing services electronically by making the content posted on the WEBSITES available to Users – the legal basis for processing is the necessity to perform the contract (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR).
C.1.3) Marketing of the Administrator and other entities, in particular through the presentation of advertisements – the principles of personal data processing for marketing purposes are described in detail in the MARKETING section.

D. TELEPHONE CONTACT WITH IMAGO POLAND SP. Z OO
D.1) If the User of the Administrator's websites contacts IMAGO POLAND SP. Z OO by telephone, the Company may ask for personal data necessary to handle the matter requested by the User.

E. CONTACT WITH IMAGO POLAND SP. Z OO BY EMAIL AND VIA THE FORM
E.1) If the User sends e-mails/queries/messages to the address boxes located on the Administrator's website, the personal data contained in the e-mail content are processed solely for the purpose of handling the matter requested by the recipient of the message and for statistical purposes
– the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR)
E.2) The Administrator enables Users to contact via a contact form, where it is required to provide personal data necessary to process the query. Providing data is voluntary, but failure to do so will prevent the query from being processed.
E.3) Personal data are processed for the purpose of handling the inquiry submitted by the sender of the e-mail or sent via the contact form
– the legal basis for processing is the necessity of processing for the performance of the service contract (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR); in the scope of optional data, the legal basis for processing is consent (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a of the GDPR)
E.4) Personal data are processed for analytical and statistical purposes to improve the website's functions and to improve its available options. The legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR).

F.1) The Administrator processes personal data as part of marketing activities described below:
F.2) E-MAIL MARKETING/NEWSLETTER
F.2.1) Persons who have agreed to receive commercial/marketing information via e-mail use the Newsletter service free of charge.
F.3) ADVERTISING
F.3.1) The Administrator processes personal data using cookies in order to adapt advertisements to Users’ preferences or to display advertisements that are not tailored to their preferences.

G. ANALYTICAL AND MARKETING TOOLS
In order to improve the quality of services provided, the Administrator uses analytical tools such as:
G.1) GOOGLE ANALYTICS
The Administrator uses reports and statistics generated by Google Analytics. Google Analytics cookies are used to create statistics that allow obtaining information, e.g. about the number of website views. G.2) GOOGLE ADS
The Administrator uses the Google Ads tool to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and to implement activities such as displaying advertisements to users who have visited the website www.imago-systems.com. G.3) GETRESPONSES
The Administrator uses the tools provided by the getresponse.com platform to measure the effectiveness of mailing campaigns (Newsletter) and to send emails to people who have agreed to receive messages electronically.
G.4) DATABASE
The Administrator uses the tools provided by the bazo.io/pl platform for statistical purposes aimed at improving the functionality of the website and fulfilling user queries.

H. COOKIES
H.1) Definition: Cookies are a small piece of text that a website sends to the browser, and then the browser sends it back on subsequent visits to the site. Cookies collect information that facilitates the use of the website, including by remembering the User's visits to the site. When entering the site, information about the use of cookies is displayed. Accepting and closing this window means that the User consents to the use of cookies by the Administrator.

I. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING TIME
I.1) Personal data are processed for the period for which the user has given consent, until it is revoked or until the purpose/interest of the WEBSITE user or the Administrator is fulfilled, in accordance with applicable regulations. After the processing period, the data will be irreversibly deleted or anonymized.

J. USER RIGHTS
J.1) In accordance with Article 13 paragraphs 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as: GDPR), we inform you that:
